If things don’t go so well, we deal with criticism openly and transparently. We offer a complaint management system that can be initiated quickly and easily either by email to post@zukunft-beginnt-im-kopf.de or by sending a message using the anonymous contact form below. Your contact person is Mr. Matthias Beck. According to the guidelines of the RAL quality mark for fair recruitment and care, a complaint procedure may take a maximum of three weeks.
